Dell Inc. is no longer a publicly-traded company. It sealed a $24.9 billion buyout deal that will take the company private. Dell Inc. delisted from the NASDAQ at the close of Tuesday’s trading, as founder Michael Dell and private equity house, Silver Lake completed their controversial buyout of the struggling PC maker.
